Situated in the Picardie region of France and only two hours from Calais in a quiet rural area close to the village of Bourg-et -Comin on the edge of the champagne region.
Sunset lake is set in 15 acres with 12 acres of water for the lake area that ranges in depth from 5 to 10 feet with many bars, plateaus, holes, snags and weed this is a lake with plenty of features.
The healthy stock consists of a nice mix of common, mirror and grass carp to 56lb. the average weight of the fish is around 28lb. Newly stocked with Carp to 50lb+, sturgeon to 65lb, catfish to 90lb to complement the original stock of carp catfish and pike many previously uncaught.
Sunset lake .comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 anglers with 2 acres per angler.
